WInternational Fire & Safety Exhibition of the 31st IFCAA(International Fire Chiefs’ Association of Asia) General Conference will be held at Taiwan on 18 – 20 November 2020, with participants in the fire and disaster prevention professions and industries coming from surrounding countries to join the networking event. Taiwan is one of the members of the council and has hosted the 23rd General Conference in 2004. It successfully shared Taiwan’s disaster prevention system and emergency response experience while establishing mutual support channels between members and improved international visibility.
This event echoes the policy objectives of the Taiwan government authorities to promote the “New Southbound Policy” to strengthen economic and trade cooperation with New Southbound countries and assist Taiwanese businesses in the development of southbound policies.
During the General Conference, the "2020 International Fire & Safety Exhibition" will be held concurrently to further encourage international observation and exchange. The theme for this year is "Better Safety Through Technology.” The goal is to assist with people’s understanding of the importance of utilizing technology when facing fire safety and disaster prevention in Taiwan and ASEAN countries.

This General Conference will showcase Taiwan's scientific and technological achievements and experience in disaster prevention and relief while linking the development of industry, government, academia, research and people to create maximum marketing benefits and business opportunities.
