Region of Interest (RoI) Image Quality Control in video streaming optimizes visual quality in key areas while conserving bandwidth.

Here’s how it works:
- Identifying RoIs: Automatically detects critical areas (e.g., faces in video calls) or allows users to specify them.
- Adjusting Quality: Increases bitrate and resolution for RoIs while compressing non-RoI areas to save data.
- Adaptive Streaming: Dynamically adjusts based on network conditions, even shifting RoIs if they move.
This approach enhances viewer focus, reduces bandwidth, and adapts to variable networks, boosting efficiency in applications like video calls and surveillance.

Our LLC-4000 now supports this feature, elevating user experience by dividing the screen into nine regions and allowing up to three to be designated as RoIs. These regions enjoy higher image quality, while the overall bitrate remains stable—ensuring efficient network use.
